Organisée en juin 1924, à Washington, D.C., par les ingénieurs de la « Pan-American Highway », représentant dix-neuf nations. Cette création fut confirmée et la Fédération fut reconnue par le Premier Congrès de la « Pan-American Highway », à Buenos-Ayres, en 1925, ainsi que par les congrès ultérieurs. Reconnue par la sixième Conférence internationale des Etats américains, à La Havane (Cuba), 1928. (HB 1936) Organised in June,1924, at Washington, D.C., by the "Pan-American Highway" Engineers, representing nineteen nations. This creation was confirmed and the Confederation recognised by the first "Pan-American Highway" Congress at Buenos Aires in 1925, and by subsequent Congresses. Recognised by the Sixth International Conference of American States, Havana, Cuba, 1928. (HB 1938)
