The International Conference of Settlements Continuation Committee was founded at the First International Conference of Settlements held at Toynbee Hall, London, in 1922, and the Association was formed at the second conference held in Paris in 1926. (HB 1929) Lors de la première conférence internationale des «Settlements» qui eut lieu à Toynbee Hall à Londres en 1922, un Comité a été fondé. L'Association internationale a été créée par la seconde Conférence tenue à Paris en 1926. La troisième conférence s'est réunie aux Pays-Bas en 1929 et la quatrième à Berlin en 1932. (HB 1936) A Committee was founded at the First International Conference of Settlements held at Toynbee Hall, London, in 1922, and the Association was formed at the Second Conference held in Paris in 1926.
